The New York City Real Estate Market

The NYC economy remains strong year after year, as it enters its 20th year of reoccurring property price increases. The top performing commercial market sectors in Manhattan quarter after quarter are office, retail, and co-operative properties. In fact, co-op properties make up 34% of NYC’s real estate.
